Mark Legvold, Chief Executive Officer and Lead Consultant is a seasoned leader and talented educator. Prior to retiring from the Air Force after a 33 year career, he achieved the executive level of leadership within his 1,200 member organization where he was key in developing a culture of care paired with high expectations!
He inspired his organization to build strong relationships with one another within and between the various working groups, resulting in retention levels at 90%, even during the most challenging pandemic and post pandemic eras. Mark was a leader in both military police and fire departments where he developed skills and knowledge in managing complex emergency situations.
Growth and development through positive relationships is a core principle of his approach to people. As an agricultural producer he sees the tie between a healthy environment, proper care, and the right inputs in both your professional field and the farm field!
Notably, Mark is also a trained and experienced educator! He honed his skills through a 10-year career in public education as a classroom teacher, curriculum specialist and administrator. He leveraged that expertise in his military career, developing and delivering unique leadership courses and experiences to national audiences.
